These service disruptions will affect USPS mail items sent with Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International, First-Class Mail International, and First-Class Package International Service.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Suspended Mail Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Kuwait<\/strong>\n<\/br>\nKuwait Postal Sector has suspended all mail services until further\nnotice.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Moldova<\/strong>\n<\/br>\nPosta Moldovei Has suspended all mail services until further notice.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Norway<\/strong>\n<\/br>\nPosten Norge AS has suspended outbound letter mail to all countries outside of the EU with the exception of Arab Emirates, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Great Britain, Iceland, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand, and Turkey.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Peru<\/strong>\n<\/br>\nServicios Postales del Per\u00fa has suspended all mail until March 30, 2020.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Service Disruptions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Estonia<\/strong>\n<\/br>\nEstonian\nPost has suspended signature on delivery for inbound items. Items\nthat require signature will be delivered to mailboxes if\npossible\u2014otherwise, they will be delivered in person without\nsignature.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n<strong>Latvia\n<\/strong>\n<\/br>\nLatvijas\nPasts has suspended all international mail conveyed via passenger air\ntransport until further notice. Customers should expect delays.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n<strong>Luxemburg<\/strong>\n<\/br>\nPost Luxembourg has announced that mail items will be delivered via\nmethods that restrict direct contact. For main items that require\nsignature on delivery, the addressee\u2019s signature will be replaced\nby the mail carrier&#8217;s signature and a delivery code in the signature\nfield.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n<strong>New\nZealand<\/strong>\n<\/br>\nNew Zealand Post has announced altered service for all mail items that\nrequire signature on delivery. For all deliveries requiring proof of\ndelivery, the mail carrier will ask for the recipient\u2019s name and\nleave the item on the doorstep. If the recipient is not present at\nthe time of delivery and there is no Parcel Leave service in place,\nthe carrier will leave a card with details of the delivery, and\nreturn the item to the Post Office.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Panama\n<\/strong>\n<\/br>\nCorreos de Panama is currently unable to send outgoing mail to Argentina, Aruba, Ecuador, Haiti, Honduras, Peru, Suriname Venezuela, Bolivia\nand the continents of Africa, Asia, Europe, and Oceania. Customers\nshould also expect delays for the delivery of all inbound items to\naddressees in Panama.<\/p>\n\n<p>\n<strong>Portugal<\/strong>\n<\/br>\n\nCTT\nCorreios de Portugal has announced changes for mail items requiring\nsignature on delivery.
