the US Post Office will be raising rates for the following mail classes effective January 2, 2011:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Express Mail\u00ae<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Priority Mail\u00ae<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parcel Select\u00ae<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Express Mail International\u00ae<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Priority Mail International<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Global Express Guaranteed\u00ae<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>On average, rates will increase by 3.9% for retail prices (3.2% for Stamps.com\/Commercial Base customers).&nbsp;
