Our Customer Relations Team<\/strong> is our Special Teams<\/span><\/strong> unit. They are the ones that our customers talk to for the special plays and issues. They specialize in dealing with the most complex issues or questions that our customers may have. And our Email Support Team<\/strong> are the Safeties<\/span><\/strong> for the team. They are the ones who are still on duty after the rest of the team has gone home and are here to help our customers on weekends. They ensure that our customers’ issues are promptly responded to with thorough explanations and helpful guides!<\/p>\n\n

Hobbies: Going to concerts, playing guitar, piano, and drums, snow skiing, hiking, cycling, camping, playing and watching sports and video games.<\/div>\n\n

Not only am I a big Lakers fan, but I’ll also be playing in the Stamps.com basketball league this year. Golf is another big passion of mine! When I’m not watching or playing sports, I enjoy reading.
