 As a contender in the Best Innovation in Customer Service category, Stamps.com was evaluated on its approach and methodology to achieve the optimal customer experience and the company demonstrated its innovation in customer service with impressive statistics. Leading call centers from the western United States competed for gold, silver and bronze.<\/p>\n\n

The American Teleservices Association<\/a> (ATA) is the only non-profit trade organization dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that utilize contact centers as an integral channel of operations.
