USPS packages sent to these locations will be affected. For a full list of all international service disruptions visit the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.stamps.com\/coronavirus-updates\/\">Stamps.com Coronvirus Updates Page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Mauritania<\/strong><\/br>\nMAURIPOST has suspended\nall inbound and outbound international mail service until further notice.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Portugal<\/strong>\u00a0<\/br>\nCTT Correios de Portugal\nhas suspended international service to many destinations outside of Europe, as\nwell as to some European destinations. Service will continue as transportation\npermits.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sri Lanka<\/strong><\/br>\nDepartment of Posts has\nsuspended the processing and delivery of all international inbound and outbound\nletters and packages until sufficient transport and workforce capacity is\navailable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bermuda<\/strong><\/br>\nBermuda Post Office has\nannounced that due to the cancellation of all public transportation, including\nflights into Bermuda, major delays are expected.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Brazil<\/strong><\/br>\nCorreios can no longer\nguarantee the service delivery standards including delivery times.\nAdditionally, items that typically require signature on delivery will no longer\nbe signed for.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Canada<\/strong><\/br>\nCanada Post has\nannounced that while the mailing and shipping network between USPS and Canada\nPost is operating smoothly, there may be delays due to future limitations to\nair network capacity.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Colombia<\/strong><\/br>\nServicios Postales\nNacionales S.A. 4-72 has advised that customers should expect delivery delays.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Greece<\/strong><\/br>\nHellenic Post (ELTA) has announced that it will only be able to maintain international services to and from a limited set of countries. Due to ongoing transportation limitations, international service capacity may change daily. Currently, letter mail and packages from the United States are being accepted.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Guyana<\/strong><\/br>\nGuyana Post Office\nCorporation has advised that customers should expect delays on all services\nuntil further notice.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Panama<\/strong><\/br>\nCorreos de Panam\u00e1 has announced\nthat all inbound and outbound international service is suspended until further\nnotice. Additionally, domestic services are expected to see delays.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Portugal<\/strong><\/br>\nCTT Correios de Portugal has announced that international and domestic operations will continue to operate normally where possible. However, it will not be able to send items to international locations where transportation is not available. Additionally, delivery times, standard signature on delivery service, and tracking services cannot be guaranteed at this time.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Thailand<\/strong><\/br>\nThailand Post has\nannounced that international signature on delivery service will be optional for\nthe time being. In cases where the recipients refuse to sign, the mail carrier\nwill sign on the recipient\u2019s behalf.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Tonga<\/strong><\/br>\nTonga Post Ltd. has advised that it cannot guarantee delivery standards at this time.
